1. Take the printout of the Admission Ticket.
Download your Admission Ticket from One Time
Registration profile in an white A4 sheet. For this an Admission Ticket link is
given in your profile.
2. Identity Card is a must.
Candidate should carry his/her Original Photo
Identity Card and its self attested photocopy to the examination hall.
Otherwise Candidate will not be allowed to write the exam.
3. Reach Examination Venue Half an hour before.
It is better if you can reach the Examination Venue
half an hour prior to the examination. Examination time is from 2 PM to 3:15
PM. No candidate will be allowed to enter the hall after 2 PM or to write the
exam after 3:15 PM.
4. Keep a Ball Point pen.
Take a blue or black Ball Point pen (preferably
black) along with you. OMR marking is done with ball point pen. Using colors
other than blue/black may result in nullifying the answer sheet since Machine
cannot read it. Also darken the bubbles completely.
5. Ensure the Emblem is clearly printed.
An Identification Certificate will also be attached
with your downloaded Admission Ticket. Make sure PSC emblem is clarly seen in
it. If not PSC will nullify the candidature, even it is relaxed by the
Invigilator. So ensure there is no printing mistake.
6. Do not paste your photo.
Your photograph and signature (the same you
uploaded at the time of One Time Registration) will be printed in the
Identification Certificate itself which you downloaded along with the Admission
Ticket. So do not paste photograph or sign again in the Identification
Certificate.
7. Ensure the following to prevent your answer
sheet get nullified.
- Right your Register Number in the Column provided and darken the respective bubbles.
- Put your signature in the Address list provided in the Examination Hall.
- Carefully detach Part A & B through the middle of the barcodes. These two should be given to the Invigilator. Otherwise barcodes will be spoiled.
8. Note your Alpha Code.
Each Question Paper will carry an Alpha Code which
is one among A,B,C&D. This will be written in your seat and in the Address
List. Ensure the same is given in the Question Paper. Also darken the
respective bubble in Part B of the Answer sheet.
9. Negative Marking.
Negative Mark is crucial while deciding our fate in
the examination. Each wrong or multiple answer will carry a negative mark of ⅓. That means
three wrong answers results in the loss one mark.
10. Leave wrong Questions.
If you are so sure that a question is wrong, then
simply leave. Such questions will be eliminated during evaluation process.
